Hospitals will grant On-The-Spot Job Offers for those meeting these requirements.

1. Having passed the NCLEX- RN Exam
If you have yet to take the NCLEX-RN and have an ATT (Authorization to Test) you are eligible to apply and be interviewed. The offer will be contingent upon passing the NCLEX.

2. Have one-year bedside nursing experience.

3. We will prepare you to pass your employment interview.
